We buy
properties and shares of properties. In most cases, we renovate the properties and then sell or lease them to new owners. We specialize in complicated cases with foreclosures, liens and non-cooperating shareholders. The total transaction value in last two fiscal years surpassed 150 million CZK.
We take care
of both commercial and residential properties. We find tenants, provide maintenance or find specific properties per request. We manage over 30 properties with more than 9,000 square meters.
We improve
properties and find new owners for them. Every year, we handle more them 100 purchased properties with average purchase price of 1.7 million CZK. Besides, we also negotiate selling or leasing of dozens more properties
